Joining a youth pop piano ensemble is a fun and enriching musical journey. Unlike solo playing, ensemble performance teaches young musicians to listen, collaborate, and experience the dynamic flow of music within a group. With its catchy rhythms and engaging melodies, pop music helps children develop a stronger sense of rhythm and musical expression.

By playing a variety of popular songs, they not only enhance their technical skills but also find joy in learning through familiar tunes. Ensemble practice improves focus and coordination, encouraging teamwork to create harmonious music together. Through regular performances, children build confidence, overcome stage fright, and experience the excitement and sense of achievement that music brings.

參加兒童流行鋼琴樂團，是一場充滿樂趣與成長的音樂旅程。不同於獨奏，合奏讓孩子學會傾聽與合作，感受音樂在團隊中的流動與變化。流行音樂的節奏鮮明、旋律動人，能幫助孩子培養更敏銳的節奏感與音樂表達能力。

Is my child suitable to join?  我的小朋友適合參加嗎？

‍We welcome school-age students who play standard string instruments at approximately Grade 1-3 (ABRSM standard) or above. 

We welcome school-age pianists with a playing level of approximately Grade 1 to 3 (ABRSM standard) or above. (No ensemble experience required.)

我們歡迎學齡內學習鋼琴的學員，程度大約在1至3級（ABRSM英皇標準）或以上程度。

（無合奏經驗者亦可）

‍Is there an audition?會有徵選嗎？
‍We ask potential students to send an video recording of a piece they can play confidently, to give an idea of their current level. We will request this once you register for the orchestra.

填寫報名表單後我們將要求欲參加學員發送一段他們能夠自信演奏的影片，以了解他們目前的程度。

What kind of repertoire will we rehearse? 團練的曲目為何呢？
